Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Nova Meridian Health is a healthcare provider in Boise with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on clinic supplies with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
