Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Fox Learning Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
