Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Thistle Pharma and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on quality documentation with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
