Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Lumen Amber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Atlanta, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on claims with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
