Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Thistle Learning Group and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on learning materials with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
