Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Fernwood Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on food costs with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
