Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Redstone Juniper Care Services is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on family communication with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
