Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Corner Learning Group and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
