Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Summit Fox Medical Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
