Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (remote)

Clearpath Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Seattle producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on regulatory filings with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
