Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vista Medical Group and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Providence. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
