Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on catastrophe response with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence.
