Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Bright Lantern Pharma and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on regulatory filings with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
