Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Timber Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on regulatory filings with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
