Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook North Learning Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • BLS/ACLS certification.
