Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Loom Pharma and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on clinical studies with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
