Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Willow Early Learning and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support work on tuition and subsidies with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
