Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Orlando, FL)

Redstone Hollow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 780 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on fare systems with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
