Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
