Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Timber Learning Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with school calendars.
