Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (New Orleans, LA)

Lumen Mill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the New Orleans area, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on supplier orders with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
