Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight North Pharma Partners is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
