Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Memphis, TN)

Summit Iron Insurance is an insurance company in Memphis with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on policy renewals with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
