Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Early Learning runs childcare centres in Memphis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
