Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Memphis, TN)

Nova Logistics builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Memphis, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 400 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
