Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on referrals with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
