Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Lumen Thistle Learning Group and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
