Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Meadow Medical is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 287 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • BLS/ACLS certification.
