Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Amber Medical designs and makes medical devices in Memphis, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on clinical evaluations with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
