Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Memphis, TN)

Silverline North Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Memphis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on batch records with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
