Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Basin Care Services provides in-home and community support in Little Rock, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support work on client records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
