Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Ivory Health Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on patient education with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
