Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Stonegate Wilder Medical Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
