Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Lumen Junction Pharma and adding a Senior Registered Nurse whose main responsibility will be care coordination. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
