Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Iron Learning Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on school calendars with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • BLS/ACLS certification.
