Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Rivermark Drift Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Knoxville, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
