Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Knoxville, TN)

Lumen Stone Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Knoxville area, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on reviews and feedback with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • BLS/ACLS certification.
