Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Kansas City, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
