Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Health is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on clinic supplies with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with clinic supplies.
