Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Thistle Medical is a Jackson company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on training materials with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
