Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Jackson, MS)

Redstone Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Jackson, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on complaint handling with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
