Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Jackson, MS)

Stonegate Lakeside Care Services is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Support work on caregiver training with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • BLS/ACLS certification.
