Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Mill Health is a healthcare provider in Houston with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Support work on insurance authorisations with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
