Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Wilder Medical is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on device records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
