Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood Ridge Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support work on licensing records with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
