Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Corner Pharma Group is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on regulatory filings with clinical expertise. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
