Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Rook Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Fort Worth producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Registered Nurse to lead our care coordination. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Support work on release testing with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
