Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Corner Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Support work on enrolment with clinical expertise. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
