Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit North Medical is looking for a Senior Registered Nurse. The job centres on care coordination for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on production lots with clinical expertise. • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. • Educate patients and families in plain language. What we are looking for • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. • Active state RN licence. • Two or more years of clinical experience. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • BLS/ACLS certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
