Senior Registered Nurse - care coordination (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark North Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Colorado Springs area. We are hiring a Senior Registered Nurse to take on care coordination. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Assess patients, record findings and carry out care plans. • Educate patients and families in plain language. • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and social workers. • Support work on attendance records with clinical expertise. • Follow infection-control and documentation standards. What we are looking for • Two or more years of clinical experience. • Active state RN licence. • Kind, steady and clear when explaining care. Nice to have • BLS/ACLS certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
